Product Description

Absorbent Foam Dressing with Border is a kind of wound dressing that made of isolation film, hyper absorbent foam, silicone layer with holes and waterproof PU film.It is designed for a wide range of moderate to highly exuding wounds such as foot ulcers, pressure ulcers and traumatic wounds.highly absorbent and conformable polyurethane foam dressings that provide an optimal moist wound healing environment and effective exudate management.Silicone Foam Dressings are protected with semi-permeable film backings that are waterproof and provide bacterial barriers.

Application:

1.Inhibit scar contracture (especially for caesarean section scars and children's skin scars);

2.For closed wounds, to prevent the formation of hypertrophic and neoplastic scars;

3.For old or new proliferative and neoplastic scars after wound healing

Caution:

1.Make sure the wound area is clean and dry before using dressing.

2.A dressing should be selected that overlaps the wound margin by at least two centimeters.

3.Remove the release film before use and adhesive the dressing on the wound area.

4.If required, silicone foam dressing without border may be cut to size or shape before removal of the protective film. Once in position the dressing may be held in place with a bandage or other suitable retention aid.
