Hydrogel Sheet Dressings

A Hydrogel Dressing Sheet is a sterile, semi-transparent, and highly flexible gel dressing engineered for local application on dry and minimally exuding wounds. Composed of a hydroactive gel matrix, these highly conformable Hydrogel Sheet Dressings provide a cool, soothing layer over the wound bed, creating a protective barrier that closely mimics the natural moisture levels of healthy skin.

• Intelligent Dual-Action Moisture Control: The gel matrix has the unique ability to donate vital moisture to dry wound beds, while still maintaining the capacity to absorb a minimum amount of fluid by swelling.

Our moisturizing hydrogel sheet is indicated primarily for dry wounds or those with minimal exudate. It serves as an exceptional primary layer for:

• Pressure ulcers.
• Chronic venous ulcers of the lower extremities.
• Clean post-surgical wounds.
• Traumatic wounds, skin tears, and superficial abrasions.
• Vulnerable donor sites and skin graft recovery areas.
• First and second-degree thermal burns.

To ensure a perfect fit across different clinical settings and anatomical regions, our hydrogel dressings are manufactured in both standard sheet profiles and bordered adhesive formats. For optimal safety and seal, the dressing should be applied to fit and shape the wound bed, exceeding its outer edges by at least 2cm.

Note: In cases where the dressing proves difficult to remove due to dry wound conditions, it can be easily and painlessly removed by simply irrigating the site with a sterile physiological solution.
