Scope of application
Xeroform Petrolatum Gauze is intended for use as a primary contact layer in dressing wounds such as locerations, skin graft recipient sites, newly sutured wounds, abrasions, and minor or partial thickness burns. It may also be used as an initial layer in dressings surgical wounds with light exudate.
Contraindications
1)Avoid using xeroform gauze, if you start to develop rashes or other irritation.
2)People who are allergic to paraffin products are prohibited.
3)Xeroform gauze is not suitable for pregnant women or radiotherapy patients.
4)In general, xeroform gauze is not suitable for bleeding wounds.
Precautions
1）Disposable xeroform gauze can be used after unsealing, it is strictly prohibited to reuse the product to prevent cross infection.
2）Packing damage is strictly prohibited.
3）This product should not be used for more than 7 days at most, and should not be used for more than 30 days.
